What is Brain Training?

Brain training is a powerful way to enhance an individual’s core ability to learn faster, easier, and better. Brain training consists of revolutionary techniques that identify, target and strengthen weak cognitive skills, such as visual processing, auditory processing, logic & reasoning, attention, processing speed, long term memory and short memory (The 7 Cognitive Skills). When these skills are strong, learning is easier. But when even one of these skills is weak, it can lead to chronic struggles with learning, reading, maintaining a good level of attention, and more.

Brain training takes advantage of neuroplasticity by engaging a student in specially designed exercises to promote rapid strengthening and growth of these neuronal connections. Cognitive abilities can be increased with proper training. This increases immediate and future brain function, and produces more accurate recall, quicker processing, and easier learning across a wide range of learning challenges.

Simply stated, neuroplasticity is the brain's innate ability to rewire and re-mould itself, discarding ineffective and inefficient patterns, while replacing them with robust, effective and efficient neural networks.
